Mango Jam


Time of preparation : 30 min

ingredients :
mango - 1 pc ( finely chopped pieces).
sugar - 1 cup.
water - 1 1/2 cup.

preparation :
Take a Kadai ,  pour a ( 1 1/2 cup) water and boil it for 2min in medium flame.
Now add  mango pieces in boiling water and boil it until turn into transparent and soft pieces (puree texture).
(stir it well in between intervals.)
After getting puree texture, transfer it to bowl by filtering.
And your mango puree is ready to prepare jam.
Now lets prepare jam, take a kadai and add puree in it and start boiling in medium flame.
Immediately add sugar ( 1 cup).
Mix it well both the ingredients until turn into thick fine pastes,
once it done your jam finally prepared.
We can serve the jam with bread or chapati.
