The king fish with lemon and butter sauce is one of tastiest, easiest recipes you will try, the king fish fillets are pan fried until it comes into golden brown, and then covered with simple aromatic lemon and butter sauce.
Ingredients
King fish fillets : its the main ingredient, rich source in protein.
Freshly grounded black pepper and salt
Fresh lemon
Butter
Garlic
Onions.anf capsicum : chop into thin round shape.
Coriander leaves : chop into fine .
Olive/veg oil : depends on your availability.
Sweet corn boiled (optional)
Preparation
- Take king fillets and keep it a side in room temperature by sprinkling salt and pepper on both the sides.
- Now, we start preparing sause - take a small sause pan ,heat the butter and then add garlic and saute it for minute and then add lemon and some water. (We can add chicken stock if we have).
- Mix and let the sause in simmer until it reduces by half (approx 3min). Add chopped coriander leaves in the sause and stir it, let the sause keep it aside.
- Now, take nonstick frying pan and heat up by adding 1tsp of oil.
- Add king fish fillets and cook for about 4mins until it turns golden brown (in between add some butter). Flip and cook through about 2mins longer.
- Plate the king fish and serve with by pouring lemon and butter sauce on it . And add round shape cut light steam fried onion and capsicum on it .
