Home made Yeast

Yeast is required in many recipes like in bread, pizza, bun, etc.
Now let's know how to prepare.
Preparation time -10min.
Production time - 14hours.

Ingredients : 
Sugar - 2 tap.
Luke warm water - 1 cup.
Honey - 1 tsp.
Curd -3tsp.
All purpose flour : 1 cup.

Preparation procedure :
First mix the sugar and honey in water.
Take a bowl with all purpose flour(maidha) in it.
Now prepare dough by adding water (mixed with sugar and honey).
Dough consistency should be smooth and thin.
Now add 3 tsp of curd into dough and whisk it well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 14hours under room temperature.
After 14hour the yeast is ready.

Servings :
Now prepared yeast should take into jar and store in refrigerator.
We can use when ever we need.
During the preparation of any yeast based recipe, we need to add 2 tsp of our homemade yeast that we prepared.
