Fried rice (bengali style)

Time of preparation : 30 mins.



Ingredients :  (for 2 servings)
2 tsp of veg oil.
2cups of boiled rice.
carrot chopped - 1pc.
French beans - 100 gm.
capsicum - 1pc.
bay leaves - 2no.
chinamom - small stick
clove - approx 5nos.
cardamom - approx 4 nos.
mace powder.
nutmeg powder.
black pepper powder.
green chillies (chopped) - 2pc.
sugar (optional).
salt Required - 2 tsp (approx).
Preparation :
Take a kadai add a 2 tsp of vegetable oil and let it in medium flame.
Now add all dry masala (cardamom, bay leaves, cloves, chinamom). let them fry for 20 sec.
After, add carrot , capsicum, beans, one after one in time interval of 10 sec each,
and saute it well until the gravy become well (approx 2min).
at last add boiled rice  and mix it well with gravy.
now add black pepper powder, mace and nugmet powder , also sugar (optional).
And saute well and fried is ready for serving .
