Ingredients :
- Chicken - 250 GM's.
- carrot ( finely chopped) - 1no.
- Onion ( finely chopped) - 1no.
- papaya (chopped) - 1no .
- potato (chopped) - 1 no.
- French beans - 100gms.
- Tomato (chopped) - 1nos.
- Fresh ginger - grinded.
- garlic - finely chopped.
- Black pepper - grounded.
- Butter.
- Salt.
- Water - 2 cups.
- vegetable oil - Required.
preparation :
- First take a pressure cooker
- and add 2tsp of vegetable oil.
- Heat up the oil in medium flame,
- then add the chicken.
- And saute it, so that oil mix up well.
- Now add ginger and garlic, black pepper, salt and
- saute it well.
- Add all the vegetables papaya, onion,
- potato, french beans, capsicum, carrot, tomato .
- Add 3 Cups of Water and Butter, close the lid .
- let it cook in slow flame till 5 wristle.
- Afer put off the flame ,
- and let the pressure of cooker decrease
- and then open the lid and give a stir .
- Now Tasty and amazing soup ready to serve.
